Teeth Whitening
Is it possible to whiten “dead teeth”?
In depulped (“dead”) teeth, the physiological nutrition of dentin and enamel is disrupted. As a result, the tooth changes its natural color and is almost not responsive to whitening. For depulped teeth, crowns are recommended.
I would like to have a teeth whitening procedure. What is required for this and how difficult is it?
At our clinic, we use the Beyond advanced photo-whitening technology. Before whitening, it is necessary to see a dentist: remove plaque and treat any cavities. The procedure is simple and lasts only 30 minutes. The effect lasts for a long time — up to 2 years or more if dental recommendations are followed. The use of Beyond cold “blue light” at normal temperature eliminates heat impact on the tooth and prevents tissue damage. A specially developed water-based whitening gel protects the gums and enamel. For the first 36 hours after whitening, avoid smoking, coffee, tea, cola, red wine, and any colored foods or drinks.
Dental Prosthetics
